Decisions on applications for housing and support services will take into consideration the balance of needs in the house and risk factors, such as incidents of violence or arson along with individuals meeting the following criteria:

 

• Aged over 25 years.

• Comfortable with sharing communal areas with other residents.

• Will be able to live in a mixed age, sex and culturaly diverse home environment.

• Can usually manage on a day-to-day basis with support, the level of which may vary according to needs.

• Able to budget for themselves, with support.

• To be actively working towards eliminating any alcohol or illegal drug dependency

• Able to negotiate stairs and manage simple household tasks.

• Can manage own medication and agree to comply with their medication regime.
